About our team
Our Chief Executive Officer
Fabian Saldivar is a Tax Professional with 11 years of experience in the Tax industry. After many years of working in corporate America he founded FS Tax Service Inc. in 2018 to help small business owners and driven individuals like himself with their taxes. Whether you are an individual that needs help with your income tax preparation, an entrepreneur who needs help with starting a business, or a small business owner looking to pay less in taxes, he is here to help.
Fabian is registered with the IRS to be able to electronically file and prepare tax returns, he is also a participant in the IRS’s Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP), and is registered with the California Tax Education Council(CRTP) and can assist with tax preparation in all states. His AFSP record of completion means he can represent the clients whose return he prepared and signed, before IRS revenue agents, IRS customer service representatives, and other similar IRS employees.
Fabian understands the struggles of starting and running your own business, being a small business owner can be challenging. His goal is to make sure that you don’t make costly tax mistakes and that you don’t overpay in taxes.
Our Chief Financial Officer
Adrian Lopez has Masters Degree in Business Analytics, a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, and has worked for some of the top accounting and private firms in his area. He has had different positions in corporate America such as Tax Accountant, Financial Accountant, and Chief Financial Officer.
After many years of experience in the accounting industry he decided to open his very own practice in 2020 with the guidance of Fabian. He registered as a Tax professional and his business grew fast thanks to his experience and support from his community. Fabian quickly realized the talent, honesty, and drive of Adrian and they immediately formed a friendship.
After the 2021 tax season Fabian presented Adrian with the opportunity to merge businesses and join his team as the Chief Financial Officer of FS Tax Service Inc. Through working together they both saw first hand what they both brought to the table and realized both of their clients would benefit from the merger. Adrian agreed, and merged his businesses with FS Tax Service Inc. and became the CFO of FS Tax Service Inc.
Together they will form a powerful Tax & Accounting Services Company and will help them and their clients scale to new heights.
